Hi,

Several papers for 204 are violating the =93one topic or one claus=94 =
rule.
This makes assignment to subgroup difficult. It also
increases the chance that heads of subgroup will lose a topic
that ought to be addressed due to not-quite-understood horse-trading
during heat of the meeting, or waste time addressing a topic
that another subgroup is addressing.

Please keep to the =93one topic or one claus=94 rule.

No one wants a topic dropped in the midst of a meeting!
And we have a lot of work next week so let=92s avoid dueling edits.

TIA
