Hi folks,

There are three editorial papers in the pre-meeting; 14-186 (Annex D considered
harmful), 14-187 (Editorial changes), and 14-188 (Bad language).

I intend to simply move those papers on Monday pm, as there should hopefully be
no technical content in those papers that will need technical debate to settle,
or subgroup time to process.

Please read these over the next 2 weeks (minus a couple of days); 186 is pretty
short, but 187 is 7 pages and 188 is 19 pages... I was rather dismayed to find
just how bad we have been over the years at following the language usage
rules...

If you find any mistakes or have any comments, please feel free to email me in
advance.

Cheers,
--
