The link http://j3-fortran.org/doc/standing/links/007.pdf is broken because it linked to the copyrighted document. Malcolm prefers that the "standing" page of the J3 web not be the current standard. Can we link http://j3-fortran.org/doc/year/10/10-007r1.pdf or http://j3-fortran.org/doc/year/12/12-007.pdf from http://www.nag.co.uk/sc22wg5/links.html? Neither one bears the ISO copyright statement.
