CPLEX was mentioned (as CPLX) in the convenor's report to the SC22
meeting in Tokyo, 18 September 2013.
ftp://ftp.nag.co.uk/sc22wg5/N1951-N2000/N1993.txt. The report urged to
contact John Benito <benito@bluepilot.com>.

CPLEX is the C Parallel Language EXtensions group. I found an e-mail
message announcing its launch at
http://www.open-std.org/pipermail/cplex/2013-May/000002.html

There is a wiki for CPLEX, but it wants a password.
