Hi Ian,

You might consider adding another line for implementation of the change 
documented in paper 13-283 from the Delft WG5 meeting last month.  This 
allows a scalar actual argument to correspond to a TYPE(*),DIMENSION(*) 
dummy argument, and is needed to make the MPI module interfaces work the 
way that was intended.   I suspect that the MPI implementers will be 
most interested in the initial version of this table.
