As you might guess, my sponsors were disappointed that the proposal for
a TS concerning units of measure in Fortran did not go forward.

The are curious to know the reasons for opposition to a project with a
schedule independent from the standard.

If any of the delegates to the Delft meeting care to share their reasons
for opposition to the project, I can forward them to my sponsors,
anonymously if you prefer.
