Unfortunately, that took somewhat more time than I planned.

The next meeting of WG5 is scheduled for June 24-28, 2013, at NEN, the
Dutch Standardisation Institute, Vlinderweg 6, 2623 AX Delft,
The Netherlands. Attendees should be making reservations as soon
as possible for transportation and hotel rooms.

Meeting Times: 9:00 to 17:00 each day, including Friday.

Location: NEN
           Vlinderweg 6
           2623 AX Delft
           The Netherlands

           Nearest train station: Delft Zuid
           Nearest airport: Amsterdam Schiphol

Opening times of the building: Opens at 7:30, closes at 19:30.

Meeting Room

The main meeting room will be the "Europazaal" with maximum capacity
of 30 persons, including beamer, screen, flip-over and wireless internet.

An auxiliary room, the "Australiezaal", will be available with a
capacity of 15 persons.

Facilities

Coffee and tea will be served at 8:30, 10:30 and 15:00.

At 13:00 participants are expected in the restaurant for lunch. Participants
can select their own choice for lunch and are expected to pay for themselves.

There is printer support for small quantities of text only on USB stick.

Local transportation

The NEN building is a 5 minutes walk from the train station "Delft
Zuid". There are several hotels within 5-10 minutes walk of the central
Delft train station. The connection between Delft and Delft Zuid is
very good. There is a train every 15 minutes, and the trip takes 5
minutes. There is also a bus every 15 minutes, which takes 8 minutes
to get to Delft Zuid.

We could also choose (weather permitting) to walk from Delft central
station to the meeting venue (approximately 35 minutes), like in 2005.

Travel

The easiest way to travel from Schiphol airport to Delft is by train
(Schiphol train station to station "Delft").

Buy a train ticket by using the self-service ticket machines
(quoting the railway's web site
http://www.ns.nl/en/travellers/arrange-and-buy/tickets-and-passes/purchasing-tickets):

"NS self-service ticket machine

    Quick and easy to operate.
    Your ticket in 3 steps.
You can pay with coins or debit card (with Maestro & V Pay logo).
At Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Centraal you can also pay with
credit card (only MasterCard and Visa)"
