My vote is No. I read through N1929 and marked over 40 corrections, and 
probably missed others. I'll bring the markup to the October J3 meeting. 
   Malcolm also found an extensive (and likely incomplete) list of 
problems.  In my opinion it is definitely not "ready for forwarding to 
WG23".
