I apologise for my frivolity, but this is just too relevant to WG5 and J3
meetings!

Arising from the current media furore about Prince Harry, Boris Johnson
(mayor of London) was quoted as saying:

    I think it'd be disgraceful if a chap wasn't allowed to have a bit
    of fun in Las Vegas.  The real scandal would be if you went all
    the way to Las Vegas and you didn't misbehave in some trivial way.

I suspect that we are unlikely to follow suit.
