Subclause 9.6.4.8 should be 9.6.4.8.3.

David has corrected N1902/3 and the new versions are on the WG5 web site. 
Strictly speaking, I am breaking the rules in not giving the documents a new 
number, but this is a very trivial correction.

I am going to send the corrigendum to SC22 now.
