Dear all,

Taking this opportunity, please let me express my apologies for our total absence
in recent ballots. Although Japanese Fortran WG met twice after the WG5 meeting,
our current focus is on translation of F2008, and the discussion on the informal
WG5 ballots was as simple as "whatever you like". In fact, nobody has time to
consider. I would have abstained if I voted in time.

Among the messages I couldn't even read properly, this one caught my eyes:

On 2011/11/08 3:28, John Reid wrote:

Super-congratulations, Malcolm!

Regards,

Makki
