He came back very quickly with suggested changes marked on the pdf. I have put it on the server as N1892. The suggested changes are on pages iv, 3, 5. Bill has made the changes on his working copy except that first of the two paragraphs from the Forward that he suggested be moved to the Introduction is redundant there, so he deleted it.
