I see what Malcolm is getting at.  12.5.2.13 addresses what one can do
or not do to the allocation status of a subobject of an entity
associated with a dummy argument, not what one can do or not do to the
allocation status of an object whose subobject is associated with a
dummy argument.

I no longer object to F08/0010.
