I have at last been sent a private copy of the Standard, thanks to the
persistence of the SC22 secretary, Marisa Peacock.

They have changed the title page and the next page; they have added a blank page 
at the end. In my viewer, the page no. is wrt to the whole document rather than 
wrt page 1. But that is all I have found. The hyperlinks and PDF table of 
contents are intact.
