WG5,

It looks as if the fourth week of June 2013 (i.e. 24-28) will be OK for both 
Bill and Makki. Toon and I have agreed that this should be our tentative date 
and that the final decision will be made at the meeting next year.

I hope this is agreeable to everyone. I will put it on the web page.
