John and all,

I agree that the dates should be confirmed at the next WG5 meeting.

My problems are summarized as follows:
- I have to attend the faculty meeting on the third Wednesday.
- I might be appointed a member of a certain important committee. If so,
I have to attend the committee meeting on the second Wednesday as well.

So, for me, "the week after the second Saturday of June" is dangerous in
2012 and 2013, and impossible in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

The current scheme was agreed when I was absent, forced not to attend by
my National Body because of the swine flu. So, please allow me express
my preference now. "The week containing the fourth (or first) Wednesday
of June" is OK for me.

Regards,

Makki
