Sorry not to reply yesterday - I was out of the office. This is the latest email
on this topic that I can find

I think so, but I'll ask Ton van Bergeijk explicitly.

It was clear from his response that the 2005 meeting would be an
excellent template for the 2013 meeting; basically only the hotel list
and some other local information has to be updated.

-------------------------------

I have also checked the WG5 list to make sure and find nothing. Please try not
commit to any particular date today. I would like to ask WG5 members and give
them a reasonably long time to respond. Makki, in particular, finds some weeks
difficult or impossible. Could we not leave this to the meeting next year, as we
agreed in March?

Thanks for offering to host the meeting. It is much appreciated and please
convey our appreciation to your colleagues.

Best wishes,

John.
