Well the input of your colleagues as to which week we should meet is essential input to the decision-making process! The decision needs to consider the needs of all WG5 members, and the J3 schedule is not carved in blocks of granite. Jello maybe. This is nearly 3 years away. I don't think WG5 needs to make a decision more than 2 years in advance, indeed few can commit to a date so far in advance. IMO this should be discussed at the WG5 meeting in July next year.
