re Muxworthy 3, I have no strong opinion but would prefer not to change the 
ordering of subclauses.

re Muxworthy 4, also the diagram should not have a paragraph number of its own. 
Also, everything except "Plasma" is a submodule, so they should all be called 
submodules.  I agree that using ASCII art here looks amateurish; the diagram is 
only an ordinary tree, so just turning on its side and using indentation should 
be sufficient (and less work), viz
  Plasma module
      Flow submodule
          Subsonic submodule
          Supersonic submodule
          Hypersonic submodule
      Thermal submodule
      Electromagnetics submodule

I further note that most of the examples in Annex C are typeset as normal text 
(with paragraph numbers!) instead of as examples.  This should be fixed 
sometime, but now is probably not the right time.
