Malcolm, Dan, Van, and I agree that the revision is ready for submission as our 
Final CD. I have sent it to the SC22 Secretariat as N1791. I hope that it will 
be visible tomorrow on the WG5 site. Meanwhile, for J3 members, it is 
007-0825.pdf in the Edit directory.
