Although it's usually helpful, in this context it isn't helpful that the
J3 mailer changes the "ReplyTo" field to j3@j3-fortran.org.  When you
reply to a message, look at its "To" field.  If it came from sc22wg5,
and you use the "Reply" button in your mailer, type sc22wg5@open-std.org
in the "To" field.  Alternatively, use "Reply All" and then erase all
but sc22wg5.
