I have found nothing that is out of accord with our decisions in Las > Vegas. > > B. I think the following corrections should be made: The ballot is now over. Thanks to all that contributed. Here is how Malcolm, Dan, and I will proceed: (a) Malcolm will go through all the email comments one by one; (1) he will decide what to do about it, and (i) make any edits to the 007 and check them himself, (ii) record his actions in a new J3 paper, which will be the Editor's report on 08-007r2, (iii) email the commenter with his response, (iv) cc Dan and John with that response. (b) If Dan/John/commenter has any objection to the response, this will be resolved by email. (c) When this is finished, Malcolm will ask Dan and John to confirm that he has dealt with all email comments. (d) Malcolm will put the DRAFT 08-007r2/N17xx in the Edit area of the J3 website for Dan, John, and the commenters to check. At the same time he will put his DRAFT Editor's report in the same place so it can be used to cross-check both his responses and the revised 007 with all the comments. (e) Dan, John and Malcolm will reach agreement on any outstanding or new problems before 15th March (i.e. in time for Malcolm to do something about it). (f) On or before the 15th March, unless the sky falls in, Malcolm will have finished all revisions and will release the official 08-007r2/N17xx and Editor's report. Best wishes, John.
