For a social event during the J3 183 / WG5 meeting, I propose that on
the afternoon of 13 February, we recess at about 2:30 PM, and go to the
Springs Preserve for a walking tour, returning by about 5:00 PM. See
http://www.springspreserve.org/html/.

Then we depart at about 5:30 PM to Swiss Cafe for dinner. See
http://www.usmenuguide.com/swisscafe.html

The menu that Swiss Cafe proposes for our group dinner is

Salad: Swiss Cafe House Salad

Choice of Entree:

  Chicken Marsala
scallopini of chicken marsala in a wine sauce

  Swiss Schnitzel
sauteed veal lightly breaded with a wild mushroom sauce

  Filet of Stuffed King Salmon
  herb garlic sauce

All served with vegetables medley, homemade spatzle (Swiss noodles), hot
rolls and butter.

I plan to buy some wine, which Swiss Cafe is happy to serve for a modest
fee.

1. Is the walking tour of Springs Preserve agreeable (assuming it's not
raining)?

2. Is the menu agreeable? Does anybody have special dietary
requirements?

3. What sort of wine would you like me to get?
