The hotel, as such, however, is OK. My experience: 1. Once you arrive at the airport, take a taxi to the hotel ($20). While you might be eligible for shuttle transport, it takes a long time to get the shuttle there. I normally am too tired to fight over it - I just take the taxi. 2. At the hotel, when you want to go anywhere, ask for the shuttle. However, they only go every once in a while. 3. There's a new casino near the hotel. It was called "South Coast", before a trademark law suit hit them. In short: "Panem et Circenses" (food and games). It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk over to it. > We wouldn't seriously worry whether the comments are fair or not, because the CAT buses > look fairly convenient. This reflects on the people using CAT. Expect the driver to announce regularly that "there are pickpockets - watch your wallet, etc." I traveled with CAT without adverse effects, but then, I am a native of Amsterdam :-) Hope this helps, -- Toon Moene - e-mail: toon@moene.indiv.nluug.nl - phone: +31 346 214290 Saturnushof 14, 3738 XG Maartensdijk, The Netherlands At home: http://moene.indiv.nluug.nl/~toon/ Progress of GNU Fortran: http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2008-01/msg00009.html
