Dear John,

WG5 explicitly asked me to write to tell you how much it appreciated the
generous provision of meeting facilities last week. The main room was just the
right size for our plenary meetings, the small rooms were very suitable for our
subgroup meetings, and the open space for breaks was very welcoming.

We would like to thank you personally for making the case for hosting our
meeting, and please will you pass our thanks to whoever you think is appropriate
within the BCS organization.

Your sincerely,

John Reid,
Convener, WG5.
