WG5,

I have placed all the WG5 papers on the WG5 web site and have named the 
countries in N1690, as requested by Makki. There is a short summary of the 
meeting on the home page with hot links to the papers.

All the versions on the J3 are drafts and will be discarded at the end of this 
month.
