 Joint WG5 J3 Meeting In London, August 6-10 2007
 ================================================

Jane Sleightholme and I are organising this meeting.

We need an estimate of how many people are coming in order to make
 accommodation arrangements.

The meeting will be in the offices of the British Computer Society, in
Southampton Street in central London. Overnight accommodation will be
King's College halls in Stamford Street (single rooms) and Great Dover
Street (twin rooms). The prices are expected to be £40 and £60 per
room per night respectively and the respective distances from the
meeting room are ca 10 minutes and 20 minutes walk; public transport
is also available. Alternatively Premier Travel Inn and Travelodge
have relatively reasonably priced hotels (£75-£95 per room) in the area
 and have family rooms.

Some of the nearby tourist attractions include

    The London Eye
    Tate Modern and Millennium Bridge
    Globe Theatre
    Royal Festival Hall
National Theatre and National Film Theatre
    Old Vic and Young Vic
    Strand
    Covent Garden Opera House
    London Transport Museum
    St Paul's Cathedral
 etc

Most are within a 10-15 minute walk.

Please complete the appended form and return to Jane Sleightholme
 before Saturday 30 September.
