Hello,

I just got off the phone with the hotel manager.
You should get a welcome letter at checkin that outlines
this stuff and some more.

The bus will leave the hotel at 8:30 AM for campus.
The driver knows the way. The bus will return to campus
to pickup at 6:00 PM. It wouldn't hurt if someone has
the directions to SUBII just in case.

I'm supposed to get a last guest list from the hotel
later today, I'll forward it to the list.
