Sally,

It has been drawn to my attention that the PDF file for the published Fortran 
2003 standard is decidedly inferior to our draft in that all the hot links and 
bookmarks have been removed. There were hot links for every reference to another 
clause or subclause and from all the index entries.

Please will you draw ISO's attention to this?
