I generally agree with Stan's ballot, but have been to swamped lately to 
have done enough review of all the interps to honestly submit a complete 
ballot. Sorry.

I would like to again say that I think the focus should be only on 
changes to f03.   The end result of the interp process is a Corrigendum 
to a standard document.  The only candidate available at this point is 
f03.
