Well, I tried to follow the discussion on this one (and reread it this 
evening).

So I understand some of these interps are against Fortran 95, even the 
ones that are not marked as such ...

However, the remaining issues (see replies by Malcolm Cohen and Rob 
James) are complicated enough that I'm not sure my vote would add any 
insight.

So I'll officially pass.  If that means - according to the rules - that 
I didn't vote on this ballot, so be it.
