Sally,

I mentioned in Jeju that Richard Maine intended to resign as editor of Part 1 
once the new standard was published and that Malcolm Cohen was willling to take 
over. The time has now come. I think the formal position is that Malcolm will be 
acting editor until the next SC22 Plenary. You already have Malcolm's details as 
he is editor of TR 15581.
