To clarify my vote: I had assumed that in N1612, items 000004 to 000104 
and JP-24 were F95 interpretations.  Of these 16, ten result in no 
edits, one already includes suggested edits to F03, two could (should?) 
have corresponding edits applied to F03, two have had their edits 
already incorporated in F03 and one (000030) relates to text presented 
differently in F03.

Of the nine F90 interpretations, only one results in an edit and this 
could be applied to F03 if the interpretation is approved.
