My understanding is that very minor edits, essentially typo corrections, are 
permitted at this stage. Richard wishes to make these:


1. Edits for table 15.2 in c15.tex
      Replace line 419 by
         \multicolumn{3}{|l|}{}                           \\[-10pt]
         (making it the same as line 409).

      Replace the "|l|" at line 483 by "|p{5.625in}|".

2. Delete stray '"' at end of [367:35].

3. Change comma to period at end of [126:4].

4. [407:27] Change "index-name" to "<index-name>".

5. Add a blank after the ")" on lines [25:22], [73:11], and [78:14].

6. Fix font so that the inverted "!" on [332:34] shows as "<".


I think these are all totally non-controversial, but please let me know if you 
disagree. I propose that the usual gang (Dan, Van, Richard, and me) look over 
the changed document before it is sent off.

Note that ISO 'owns' the Foreword and changed it quite a bit from what we sent 
in. I do not think we have much choice except accept the changes. I probably got 
the wrong boiler plate, though I did my best to get the latest version. They 
changed the penultimate paragraph to

     'This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition ...'
           ^^^^^^                                  ^^^^^

which is clearly wrong. Richard proposes to restore our text.
