And even from us committee members.  :-)  I made sure to bookmark the
cited JTC1 page.  A quick skim didn't find the word "Fortran" in any of
the freely available ones listed on that site, but perhaps F2003 will go
there (I don't know - just speculating).

Resolution 04-01 a bit puzzled me in its application to us, but I guess 
we'll
see more after taking a look at N3784.  If they really expect a 
collection
of every definition in our standard, well... Much of the standard is 
involved
with definitions; once might even go so far as to say that the whole 
standard
is a definition of the term "Fortran".  It is hard for me to tell 
exactly what they
want from the resolution alone; might turn out to be nothing from us.
