There is a minor omission in the Modules Technical Report 19767.

In the fourth line of the second paragraph of 4.5.5.2 ([59:24] in 04-007),
insert "or accessing the submodule" after "module".  Compare to the edit
for 16.5.6(3)(d) ([422:16-17] in 04-007).

Is it necessary to correct this?

Is it necessary to amend the TR to correct this, or is it acceptable
to correct it only when the TR is integrated into the next standard?
