Dear WG5,

I hope we will start a new Repository of Requirements for the next standard
soon. Is anyone willing to volunteer to act as Editor? It is a question of
receiving submisions from countries, checking that they are in the proper
format, and maintaining a text document with an index. The old one is N1189
and we have agreed to use the same format again.

Cheers,

John.
