WG5,

Here is a message from Matthijs about next year's meeting. It is very good news
since almost everyone said that they would like a meeting in the Netherlands. He
says that any date in July or August would be OK. I would like to suggest the
last week of July, that is, 25-29 July. J3 usually meets in mid-August, so I
think we should avoid August.

Please may I have your thoughts on the suitability of 25-29 July? I particularly
need to know if you cannot come that week, but could make another week in July
or August.

We have usually met in the summer, but it has been pointed out to me that
trans-Atlantic fares are much less at other times. Matthijs thinks he could
probably arrange it at another time. Please will you let me know if having it at
another time would let you attend or would prevent your attending. I would like
to maximize the attendance.

With best wishes,

John.
