This is extremely bad news. Since all votes are cast electronically these days (unlike in my day as Convenor) any changes must have been made as a result of conscious actions by the SC22 Secretariat. I hope that a formal complaint will be sent about this since it is completely unacceptable for an SC Secretariat to alter National Member Body votes before distributing them to both the WG concerned and the SC Member Bodies.
