There were 7 yes votes, 3 yes with comments, and 2 abstentions.

What is very annoying is that the UK comments have been altered by the 
Secretariat. Canada and US: please will you check yours?

If J3 is looking at the UK comments this week, please work with the version that 
David sent out by email and not the version in N3722.
